Issue Positive Response Using Trimble Unity Maintain

By leveraging Dig-Smart Fusion's backend technology, users of Trimble Unity Maintain can easily enter Positive Response values directly on the work order or service request. Dig-Smart technology ensures that the positive response values are transmitted to the regional one call center in near real-time for regulatory compliance.

Visualize and Attach Images

Dig-Smart uses an API to embed work orders or service requests with images or sketch attachments that were transmitted by the regional call center to further visualize the excavation site. Users can also attach photos of the physical locate (paint, flags, stakes, etc.) and upload the images back to the call center (where permitted).
