For Spectrum Equipment and ON!Track Assets, you have the choice on which way you want the data to automatically synchronize. The integration supports both the ability for Equipment Items in Spectrum to synchronize to ON!Track Assets OR to synchronize from ON!Track Assets to Spectrum Equpment. Either direction, Equipment and Assets present in both systems are pre-mapped during the onboarding process and ongoing updates are automatically synchronized every 30 minutes.
As Assets are transferred from warehouse to job, job to warehouse, or job to job, utilization details such equipment item, to job / to location, date, and time are automatically synchronized to the Approve Hilti Requisitions form. From there leverage Equipment Tracking processes to charge equipment usage to Jobs in Spectrum. Transfer data udpates are automatically synchronized to Hilti Requisitions every 30 minutes.
