The OnBase Integration for Trimble Cityworks PLL connects case records managed in Cityworks with associated documents in OnBase. Staff interact with supporting content right from their Cityworks interface—eliminating inefficient application switching while accelerating processes. Electronic plan review processes as well as general content management are supported by OnBase. By allowing users to easily retrieve, share and archive documents into OnBase directly from their familiar Cityworks screen, organizations increase adoption, reduce training costs and improve constituent service.
