API Based Integration
This integration is fully API enabled and runs on the Trimble App Xchange platform using the Trimble Vista API. This ensures your data stays in the protected Trimble cloud environment and is not consumed or stored by outside parties.
Vista General Ledger Posting
Records all payroll general ledger transactions including unlimited custom metadata and full transaction detail, meeting or exceeding Vista standards.
Vista Job Costing
We record all job costing entires automatically using Vista formats and rules, including configurable alternate job costing methods maintained in the Vista Job Cost module.
Employee Data Sync
If you onboard employees in ADP, we will keep you Vista employee data in sync in both PR and HR modules. The amount of data kept in Vista is configurable to your needs.
Labor Categories
If you are using an ADP timekeeping product such as Essential Time, we will send all labor categories controlled from Vista to ADP to ensure accurate timekeeping.
Time Export
If you are using Vista for timekeeping, we will send you completed time puches to ADP for payroll processing.
