The system calculates a key performance indicator "A/E" (Actual / Earned) that shows the real time performance of every phase code and every job. This compares the Actual JTD Hours to the Earned Hours as a ratio. An A/E = 1 means the job/phase is tracking on estimate. A/E greater than 1 means the job/phase is tracking over estimate. A/E less than 1 means the job/phase is tracking under estimate. This indicator is color coded red/green for easy visual scanning.

There is a screen specifically design for the monthly project review meetings. JobSiteForecast provides a graphical summary of the job trends and provides a method for documenting the meeting.

A draft Gantt Chart is automatically created for every job. The estimated hours/cost, projected hours/cost and percent complete are loaded and updated daily for every phase code. Phase codes can be split. Cost and Hours can allocated among the sub phases. Users can add additional milestones or tasks that have no labor associated with them. The Gantt also includes a Baseline schedule making it easy to spot and communicate schedule slippage.
