Ask about AP aging and open invoices, invoice coding, payments and invoices waiting to be posted, job totals and budget vs actual by phase, job cost transactions and change orders, purchase orders and subcontracts with what is left to bill, GL journal entries, open AR and contracts, and equipment. Answers come from your own Spectrum data, by company, job, phase and cost type, and each says how current it is.
Read-only, with access you control
The AI app can't post, pay or change anything in Spectrum. On the consent screen you pick which modules it can use and can hide people's names, phone numbers and emails. Social security and tax ID numbers, bank and card numbers are never stored, and every request is logged.
