Ask about AP aging and open invoices, invoice coding and payment status, job cost budget vs actual, cost detail and change orders, POs and subcontracts with remaining commitments, GL activity, AR and retainage, and equipment. Answers come from your own Vista data, by company, job, phase and cost type. Nothing is estimated.
Read and write, with access you control
On the consent screen you pick which Vista modules the AI can read and which it can write to, and you can hide people's names, contact details, tax IDs and bank details. Every write to Vista is logged and can be reversed, so you can let the AI do work for you without losing control. Reads are short and give up after 5 seconds rather than wait behind a posting batch, and every request is logged.
Vista on-premise and Vista Cloud
Vista on-premise and Vista Cloud both connect through the Beiing Human for Vista connector in Trimble App XChange, built on Trimble's official APIs, with no direct database or ODBC connection. Reads come from the Vista tables App XChange keeps current, and each answer says how current it is; writes go back to Vista through the same connector, logged and reversible.
